Ayurveda, yoga & sattvic kitchen

Ayurveda, yoga & sattvic kitchen

Three paths to balance — ancient science, morning yoga and food as medicine.

Authentic Ayurvedic programme

Not spa massages —
real therapeutic Ayurveda

Every stay begins with an initial consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor. Based on diagnosis of your dosha, health history and goals, the doctor creates an individual treatment plan — a combination of therapies, dietary protocol and recommended activities. Nothing is pre-packaged.

Initial consultation with the doctor

Dosha diagnosis, health history and setting of your individual programme immediately upon arrival.

Daily therapies according to protocol

Each day therapies are adapted to your current condition — not a fixed plan without adjustment.

Closing consultation and recommendations

At the end of your stay the doctor summarises progress and provides specific recommendations to continue at home.

Category 1

Oil massages
& localised oil therapies

The foundational layer of therapy — calming the nervous system, nourishing tissues and releasing tension in the body. All oils are herbal and selected according to your dosha.

Abhyanga

Full-body massage with warm medicated oil — often with two therapists simultaneously. Relieves stress, insomnia, joint stiffness and a sense of overwhelm. The foundational yet most effective Ayurvedic therapy.

Kati / Greeva / Janu Basti

A dough dam filled with warm oil placed on the lower back, cervical spine or knees. Intensive relief for spinal and joint pain — targeted local treatment.

Shiro Abhyanga

Oil massage of the head and neck for migraines, tension and mental overload. Calms the mind, improves sleep quality and relieves headaches.

Pinda Sweda (Kizhi)

Warm herbal-oil boluses applied to muscles and joints for deep regeneration. Treats arthritis, muscular tension and chronic tissue fatigue.

Padabhyanga

Ayurvedic reflexology foot massage. Releases the whole body through reflex points — ideal in the evening before sleep as part of the daily programme.

Mukha Abhyanga

Facial oil massage with herbal oils. Natural skin regeneration, release of jaw and facial tension.

Category 2

Deep therapeutic
procedures under doctor supervision

These are not "wellness" — they are medical techniques targeting the nervous system, hormones and long-term imbalances. The combination is determined by the Ayurvedic doctor based on diagnosis, not client preferences.

Shirodhara

A gentle, continuous stream of oil on the forehead. Powerful therapy for insomnia, anxiety, burnout and mental overload. Calms the nervous system at a deep level — results measurable after 2–3 sessions.

Udvartana

Dry herbal massage activating the metabolism, reducing fatty tissue and stagnation in the body. Stimulates the lymphatic system and awakens the skin.

Nasya

Application of medicated oil through the nose. Acts on the sinuses, migraines and hormonal balance through the head region. Clears the airways and the mind.

Karna Purana

Oil ear treatment calming the nervous system and inner tension. Helps with tinnitus, dizziness and a sense of noise.

Virechana

Liver and intestinal cleanse — one of the most powerful Panchakarma procedures. Only on doctor indication, always with preparation and care before and after.

Basti

Herbal enema — the most powerful tool of Ayurvedic detoxification. Acts on the colon, joints and nervous system. Part of the Panchakarma programme.

Category 3

Heat, regeneration
& herbal procedures

These procedures support the body's natural detoxification and help release accumulated tension. In Ayurveda heat is not intense or aggressive — it is used gently and consciously to support regeneration, inner balance and calming of the nervous system.

Swedana

Gentle herbal heat therapy after massage that supports natural body release, regeneration and deepens the effects of the preceding treatment.

Snehana

Internal oil therapy with medicated ghee or herbal oils to support digestion, body nourishment and deeper cleansing.

Lepa

Traditional herbal pastes applied to specific body parts for tension, inflammation or pain. They bring relief and support natural regeneration.

Herbal baths

Relaxing bath with medicinal plant extracts to calm the body, renew the skin and achieve full relaxation.

Ayurvedic therapies
Women's therapies
Category 4

Women's & hormonal
therapies

Gentle yet extraordinarily effective part of Ayurveda for the menstrual cycle, menopause and pelvic tension. Emphasis is always on a safe approach and long-term balance.

Yoni Pichu

Special external oil therapy of the pelvic area. Only on doctor recommendation — after the initial consultation and health history.

Udarabhyanga

Abdominal massage for digestion, hormonal balance and post-natal recovery. Gentle yet deeply effective.

Individual women's protocols

Further procedures selected according to individual women's history and current state — cycle, menopause, anxiety, fatigue.

The deepest healing

Panchakarma —
complete detoxification

The five-step Ayurvedic detoxification is the deepest treatment Ayurveda offers. It targets the nervous system, immunity, digestion and long-term imbalances. Recommended duration: minimum 14 days.

Complete cellular and tissue detoxification
Renewal of the immune system
Treatment of chronic conditions
Reset of the nervous system
Hormonal balance
Book Panchakarma

"Panchakarma is not a detox weekend. It is a healing programme that transforms the body from within."

Snehana (oil therapy)
Swedana (herbal heat therapy)
Virechana (purification therapy)
Basti (digestive and abdominal harmonisation)
Nasya (nasal passage therapy)
Soul Balance yoga

17:30
Yin yoga & meditationEnd-of-day release. Techniques for deep letting go, insomnia and nervous system regeneration.
Evening
Yoga nidraGuided relaxation for deep rest. Effective for burnout and chronic fatigue.
